Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. As I celebrate my birthday this year, I’m reflecting on the unique significance of having two 7s in my birth date. For me, this symbolizes a deep passion for learning and exploration. It’s a guiding force that often leads me down intriguing rabbit holes of thought. Over the past four years, this journey has enriched my understanding and broadened my perspectives in ways I never could have imagined.

I’m still a work in progress—just like everyone else—but I’ve been fortunate to learn from some incredible teachers along the way. Influences such as Dr. Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Abraham Hicks, Anita Moorjani, Neale Donald Walsch, and Dolores Cannon have shaped my thinking and opened my mind to new possibilities. Their teachings have encouraged me to embrace my curiosity and seek out knowledge that resonates with me.

In my quest for understanding, I’ve developed a variety of new skills. Meditation, frequency and sound healing, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), automatic writing, and intuitive numerology have become vital parts of my practice. Each of these skills has provided me with tools to navigate life’s complexities and discover a deeper sense of self.

Through this page, I hope to share both the challenges and victories Thomas and I have encountered. We’ve faced our fair share of murky waters, but we’ve emerged stronger, often witnessing what I can only describe as miraculous healing. Our intention is to offer support and guidance to anyone who may feel trapped in seemingly hopeless situations, sharing the tools and insights we’ve gathered on this chapter of our “Book of Life.”

Thomas and I are currently in the process of writing our own books. It’s a slow, but incredibly healing journey—he’s already 30,000 words ahead of me! I’m also working on editing his first draft, which has been a cathartic experience as we reflect on how far we’ve come together.
